Thank you to everyone who responded to this post! I do appreciate all of your efforts.

I had wanted to post more in response to each post but every time I begin to do so it seems I'm exhausted (some detox/some not I guess)

Anyway I have done or am doing a lot of what has been suggested. I have made a great deal of progress for sure...but there is a line in the sand that I've been trying to cross that I just haven't been able to cross yet..but there are times that I feel that I've crossed it only to fall back under the line. It's hard to explain and difficult to live with at times.

But I will soldier on...

And bye the bye...if you know anyone who wants to go on AD's ...tell them to give me a call! lol! That'll fix that!
