MH, I should add the spice for life to my "starters" kit in your opinion. the OJ fast alone wouldnt help..sorry fot being so specific

here's the kicker yall I've got 3 mercury fillings (theyre grey so I assume they are) once I have the funds I will remove them but in the meantime I'm going to fast and follow the protocol but what is everyone's thoughts if I took ACTIVATED CHARCOAL as a maintenance supplement until that day I can remove the damn amalgams, would this absorb mercury free radicals floating around?
