I also have EC just on my inner lips. It appears that your lip is bigger because it is swollen. My lips are also swollen. I just found out at the dermatologist office that I have an allergy I never knew I had to lettuce, shampoo/conditioner, and skin lotions. It was not tested at the allergist office. Hopefully, avoidance of these things will make my EC finally go away.
