Natway,
I feel awful only when i wait too long too eat. I need to eat every 2-3 hours or i feel weak, tired, faintish, anxiety.
I have tested my glucose before during these times and it has been in the 6 to 6.5 range...I don't know what that would translate to on your meter. The way we read our meter up here in Canada that number is considered normal.
Does that mean it's toxic hunger?
I will do some more readings and get a better picture.
