I've bought Dr. Gittlemans book but I'm looking for advice from anyone that has ever started a copper detox program.

Would you mind posting:

- Supplements taken with dosage
- Reactions you felt (ie. Copper Dumping Symptoms)
- Approximate times it took to start dumping, worsening, then feeling better.
- How was your ability to function before and after.


Apologies if my list sounds demanding, this is not my intention. I know each plan will be slightly different, so approximates are all I hope for.

Just want to see how others have been doing it.
