Not really a reply to WOW, but my blog got deleted, so I'll update here.

It's been nearly five months since I've begun.

At first, it really was bad. I got very sick because I went at my Candida without ensuring my liver and colon were weorking correctly.

I got that fixed with digestive enzymes, and a good probiotic called Multi strain 11.

I developed very light Melasma. It's fading now, as I have been taking supplements geared for excess copper
I have a copper IUD & I have the classic "copper personality"~childlike, emotional and sentimental.
I am in my mid 30's and have no grey hair, and it's tinged very red. It's a lovely color...but it does indicate the excess copper in my body. My skin is warm colored and soft, with minimal wrinkles. Great...but again, it's all part of the copper thing.
The IUD is embedded, and I am on a 5 month waiting list to have it removed.
Most know about the Copper/Candida connection.

I think I really pissed the Candida off in the beginning and I really suffered. I saw an ND and she put me on a strict candida diet.
Contrary to what I've been told here, I have not experienced muscle wasting on a low carb diet Quite the opposite. My body weight has distributed itself and I am no longer underweight. I have actually built muscle and look healthier than I have in years. My Vitiligo has started to re pigment, and my hair has finally started growing in thick again after losing up to 30% of my hair 3 yrs ago.
Back to the Candida. I have been taking a Candida killing blend of anti-fungals, and consuming no sugar, no white potato, no high GI fruits.

I think I am getting somewhere. I no longer crave Sugar with desperate voracity, and I feel full of energy and I am no longer cold all the time.
I've started taking Molybdenum, and I feel excellent I am taking a very low dose along with MSM, Vit C, B5, ALA, Fish oil, DMAE, zinc and Magnesium.
it's working.
I will update soon!
