As much fresh water as you can swallow will stop the DT's! That, and/or a bath or shower. Like the earlier poster said, Epsom Salt soaks, but I'd also add baking soda which chelates toxins.

I'm a drug and alcohol counselor, and 25.5 years sober--I know!

You're doing GREAT-BTW!
