The bloodroot salve I used left deep ugly scars on both my neck and knee. I cannot imagine putting it all over my face. I literally had holes in both my neck and knee that were half an inch deep. The sores were green in the center and inflamed around the edges. It took 4 months for the one on my neck to heal.
I guess maybe it could depend on the brand and what all is in it.
But sometimes there are crazy people who put poison in the tylenol. This forum attracts all kinds. Not saying you are crazy. Maybe the salve you use is way way way way way way much much much much much much milder than the kind of salve I used.
Putting the black salve I have all over the face would be a tragic and horrifying lifelong disaster. I recommend anyone contemplating this to quadruple check with the person who makes the salve and inquire as to whether it is safe to do something like that with it. Black salve is NOT a gentle healer.
THE SORES ARE EXTREMELY PAINFUL.
IT LEAVES HORRIBLE SCARS.
AND THE WARTS I REMOVED CAME BACK.
SYSTEMIC CLEANSING WITH PURE BLOODROOT IS MUCH SAFER, IMHO,
THAN USING SALVE ON THE SKIN THAT IS COMBINED WITH A CAUSTIC AGENT.
