Hi thanks a lot for your reply! I haven't had too much exposure to metals.. probably my biggest exposure would be vaccines, the rest would just be environmental (which everyone has) though i dont eat much seafood.. however i do realise it doesn't always rely on the amount of exposure.. but how well your detox pathways are.. so i don't want to disregard it based on that.. however as my symptoms and exposure are quite mild, i think if anything the metals would only be mild in my case

i do agree that i am supposed to make my own decisions.. it is not that i am trying to find someone to blame if things go wrong.. in fact i listen to people less and use my own judgement to find what works for me.. but it is important for me not to act without thinking things through and that means getting advice from people who have gone through these things and people who know what they're talking about.. and not just one source.. i try my best to evaluate myself and figure out what would be best for me because there are so many different ways that one can approach these illnesses. I do make my own decisions.. but in my mind it is not good at all to start acting on my own, making assumptions and using myself as a guineapig to see if things will work.. i prefer to look at things from every angle and perspective so i don't end up screwing myself over in the process of trying to get better, which appears to be what many people unfortunately end up doing..

I really do appreciate your advice by the way I hope you are seeing improvement <3
