Oh I see. I will gradually give up soup & other supplements within next 3-4 days. My worry is that I'm already weak from colitis & didn't want to lose more weight & get weaker from fasting completely. Anyway, to get cured I am willing to do anything. I'll stick to 30 day full fasting on urine & distilled water as you & the books suggest. Thanks WaterOfLife!
