I didn't try fecal transplant, but I might at some point. In my experience, the candida needs to be killed before repopulating with a fecal transplant. I doubt that human strains present in the stool will do that. You can use herbal enemas, such as garlic, ACV, or others, but nothing has shown for me as dramatic results as those obtained with milk kefir retention enemas. First, I clean my colon with several high enemas. Then I add one Tbsp of chlorella to 1 cup kefir, insert the solution and make sure it makes its way to the upper colon. I retain it for as long as I can.
It gives atrocious die off, and then I take several 1 quart enemas following this (just to clean the lower colon, to make sure I don't wipe out the good kefir bacterias), to expulse the dead candida and parasites. They come by hundreds really.
Once you've made good progress and little candida is coming after kefir enemas, I would consider the fecal transplant.
