I feel very bad about everything you described. I hope you get better.

You sound like you are severely overwhelmed with toxicities in the body and severely malnourished.

Find a Naturopathic Doctor, or an Ayurveda, or TCM practitioner to guide you in the process of recovery. In the state that you are now and considering your young age, it's a risk to do it on your own before months of research.

Your main focus is to nourish and to detoxify.

Since your digestive tract is in mess currently and you are not digesting your food, you are in no shape for raw veggies, beans, whole grains, nuts or even psyllium husks, they may worsen your digestion further due to high amount of fiber and phytates. Gluten, Sugar and dairy are even out of the question, they are very heavy for digestion even in healthy pople and impede detox.

To nourish start sipping bone broth, like half a cup every hour. Buy a whole ORGANIC chicken, or whatever meat with bone you want, put in large pot, bring to boil and simmer for about 6 hours until meat falls off the bone. Drink the broth and you can eat that meat as well in small portions.

You may add detoxifying spices into your broth: cayenne, black pepper, ginger, oregano, thyme, sage, they should take care of your candida as well.

Learn about GAPS diet protocol. It the only diet(or variations of it) currently researched that can actually work on failed digestion.

Juice organic veggies daily, especially beets (already mentioned here), carrots, celery, and also apple and drink it to start detox.

Consider coffee enemas. ORGANIC coffee only, otherwise your anxiety will be worse. Non-organic coffee has tons of additives. coffee enemas are great for colon detox and for liver detox as well. You may add beet juice to coffee enemas.

But please, note if you use it right after juicing it can constrict or spasm blood vessels. You have to leave beet juice for a couple hours at room temperature and then it is good to go.

Switch to organic foods as much as you can.

You really need to balance detox (juicing, Colon Cleanse and liver cleanse) and nourishment. Too much detox with no nourishment will make you weaker, too much nourishment will impede your detox.

Find out your Ayurvedic typing (lots of tests online). From what I read, you sound like a toxic Kapha, toxic Pitta condition with severe Vata issues, like anxiety. But to be sure, complete a test online and read about dieatary and life-style changes recommendations according to your type.

Consider supplementing B-vitamins, cod liver oil, Magnesium Malate, Potassium chelate, and iodine. Read about them.

Sex might have disrupted your flora, I agree with other comment. Extreme fatigue about it may also mean you just wasted your energy (which is already low), since sex requires our precious life energy.

Do what really matters now: nourish and detox, and read, read, read all you can about it.

Get as much family and friends, as well as forums support as you can.

If you are still on birth control, then it is surely not making you healthier. Birth control for Acne is like using guillotine for headache. Birth control messes up your gut flora, your vaginal flora causing yeast infections and disrupts your natural hormonal balance, mineral balance, etc. It is awfully taxing for every system in your body.

Acne is a sign of toxic blood and can be treated successfully with colon cleanse, then liver cleanse and then use of alterative herbs, like burdock, dandelion and yellow dock roots, manjista, neem, guduchi and diet rich in green juices and beet roots.

Dark circles under eyes, insomnia, fatigue, hypoglycemia and constipation may indicate very serious potassium deficiency! read about it.

Boil organic prunes and apricots and drink that water and eat softened boiled fruits in small amounts, that should take care of your constipation and give you some potassium.

I agree with another comment here about herbal laxatives. Senna and Cascara Sagrada can be good as temporary measures.

Sorry, if I sound pushy, I just see no point in too much chivalry when you need help when you are in such a bad shape currently.
