I am taking Quatrefolic (Vitacost brand) (2) 800 mg. It takes awhile for the body to adjust so don't get discouraged. I have heard good things about Metafolin and Quatrefolic. Some other great brands are Whole Health Centers Folate Support, Methyl Life, and Seeking Health. I had the hardest time keeping weight on my whole life and now that I am taking this Folic Acid, the weight is staying and I feel much better. I am doing other things too but this helped me VERY MUCH! Good luck!
