Hi, thuja seems to be the only thing in years that has actually seemed to make a difference. I wash in neem soap head to toe, use thuja cream and take it orally at 30+ 3 times a day. I have been on Dr Antibiotics for lymes and morgellons and this is the first time I feel I am getting somewhere. I hope this helps. I have tried so many things and this has had the best result, I still do th occasional tweezer harvest, but I now have relief. From the crawling and most of the itch is gone, I can even have a hot shower without wanting to tear my arms off! Best wishes, stay positive, it's going to pass, we have all been suffering to long.
