Hi all,

So I received the rest of my supplements nearly two weeks ago and have been adding them one by one. My practitioner has given me the following regime:

Megapan 2-2-2
Endodren 1-1-1
Paramin 1-1-1
Limcomin 3-2-3
GB3 up to 3 with each meal
TMG
Fish Oil
Vitamin D

Optional:
Renamide 2-2-2
Selenium 1-1-1
Kelp 2-2-2

So far I am up to a full dose of both the Megapan and Paramin (as they are similar to the multi-vit and mag I was previously taking). I have also had no problem with the TMG, Fish Oil and Vit D. I am up to 2 Endodren each day and am taking one GB3 with each meal, although I think the Endodren did cause a little dizziness. I was actually feeling pretty good on all of this so far, more positive and a lot less anxious.

But yesterday was my first dose of Limcomin, which I have deliberately left until last due to the high levels of zinc (I have bio-unavailable copper). I took one with my dinner last night and about an hour later I did start to feel quite poorly - headache, weakness and very sick; with lots of racing thoughts. Same with my morning dose today. So I think I'll need to take it very slow with Limcomin.

I haven't started the coffee enemas yet, as I am in the middle of moving house, but hopefully they will help. Or perhaps even the plain water enema will allow me to incorporate a higher dose?

My question is, should I add any of the optional supplements yet? I'm not sure if they are meant to help with the detox or not, in which case I would be more than happy to include them. In particular the kelp as I think it might make me less tired. What do you guys think?

I am also wondering how any of the other newbies are doing?

Take care :-)
