Natway- This is not a debate forum. I really hope you are not going to start your continual questioning about hypoglycemia, toxic hunger, not eating enough calories, going too low carb and abstaining from fruit. People are healing here so why are you interfering? You were banned for this exact same behaviour. Please have the maturity to respect other peoples choices regarding diet and lifestyle.

We are here sharing personal experience and giving support. So if you don't have either to offer than please stay away. Otherwise I will request a new forum called Nutritional Balancing Debate Forum and you can have a go at it all you want over there.
