Hi.

Figured I'd post a few positives. Continue to slowly get better.

My skin is softer than it has been my entire life.

For a few years, it was very dry and scaly.

I am pretty sure that is related to toxicity, because when it was at it's worst, my bowel movements were also very pale.

Oh....and it got much worse when I first started to work on copper detox. It was overwhelming my systems ability to remove toxins. My bowel movements became almost white.

Now it is like I have applied lotion to it.

Here is another one, I am sweating like crazy now when exposed to heat. I always sweat less than most people, even in my teens (47 now).

When I crashed in 2003, I didn't even need to wear deodorant anymore....just didn't sweat. Then heat intolerance started to get worse. If you can't sweat, you can't regulate your body temperature.

I am sitting in the sun this morning....and water is just running down my torso. It kind of freaks me out a little. I am just not used to it.

It was 33C (92F) here yesterday. I was outside working in the garden and no heat intolerance at all.
