I feel like this topic still comes up weekly.

I think its pretty obvious that the white gunk is just more dead skin that is wet with saliva. Just like the rest of the dead skin on your lips gets white when wet. Shocking right!?

If your worried about the white gunk then get it tested. Its really that simple.

Everyone should be getting swab cultures anyways.
