3k plus of calories? Well that needs some effort from your part!

I used to loathe potatoes but now I see them with other eyes. The old buds cannot be that bad, our grandgrandfathers ate them regularly. I only dont like that they are solanaceas, and thus inflammatory, but so far they never make me feel discomfort or anything, unless they are CRISPS which are pretty harsh for a sensitive gut.

I know about natway, but he has some valid points, I just want to know how much calories people eat. I know myself I was CLEARLY undereating some months ago. So you go around 3000? What its your body weight?
