My comments: "Sea Salt" may not be the required "Natural Salt." You can tell by the color. If your Sea Salt is pure white, then it is no good & has been stripped of all nutrients. It should have color, as in pink, gray or black, such as Celtic Salt (gray), Himalayan Pink Salt, Redmonds Salt or Hawaiian black salt.
I matters when taken. I take mine in the morning, and never had your problem. I also take 1/2 tsp in my 1st cup of coffee. However, you can add your salt to juices, food, smoothies, etc.
I have found that 1 capsule of boron before bed makes me sleep like a baby:
