Hi, can I ask you another question? It seems like this gets worse day by day for me. Was that your experience? What test is best for histamine levels? Thanks...I'm really freaking out b/c when I ate today, I got an extreme chest tightness. All I ate was a couple bites of GF oats and then lettuce. I feel like I'm getting to a point where I may not be able to eat anything either. I will start the diet, but this is very scary.
