Hi Faith- I tried sending you a PM, but am not sure it went through. Hate to bug you but have a question re: the failsafe diet.

My inability to tolerate foods has worsened literally in a matter of 2 days, and as you can imagine is scary. So I'm curious to know if this kind of trial/error is what you went through and how long did it take before you saw improvement?

I do think the failsafe is the right (and only) option right now, and I'm glad you told me about it. I've been researching it and on it for about 5 days now. I do think there has been some improvement, but as you said, I am still reacting to everything. I'm only eating potato (no skin), butter, brown rice, celery, brusel sprout, lettuce, milk. Have lost over 10 lbs, down to 102, very scary.

It's been up and down, still difficulty breathing when I eat these things, but not as bad as when I tried eating meat.

I guess my ? is was your experience similar and how long until you saw improvement?

Thanks so much.
