If you have ever used google you would know that a lot of information can at times be conflicting especially in alt. medicine. That is why I asked those specific questions here since people may be able to provide an answer and an explanation as well.It would be a little less complicated for me to complement my diet with more cleansing foods/meals because of my new job.
