My saliva test showed Hugh night time cortisol. Seri phos helped me to sleep for maybe the first 2 of 4 nights or so. But a week later I'm now up at 3 am every night unable to get back to sleep. It makes me feel really tired when I finally get out of bed at 7 but am wired from 3-5 am, no trouble falling asleep at 9-10 pm though.

Any idea if this could be high or low cortisol? I'm never tired through the day but did fell tired a couple of times since the seriphos. So I guess I'm confused about why the seriphos isn't working if mt test in oct showed high cortisol. I am taking several caps, small dose at a time, while I'm awake, but it doesn't help.

I am going nuts without being able to sleep. thanks.
