Yeah will do. I am not even sure about trying adaptogens or not , but people like Sherpa and Healthyartist have responded well to Ashwagandha and I need to investigate something to make me more calm and confident so will try.

About these things letting the problem grow bigger without you noticing, you betcha! I just read this morning a post of a Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome person with 9 months of Siberian Ginseng and what happened after coming off. Pretty bad.
