They all stimulate, which is why they are calming - they increase cortisol.

This is the same action as SSRI's like Lexapro, they stimulate, therefore more cortisol is pumped out. Im learning so much about the action of these things, the pharma meds and herbs are SO similar.

High cortisol rocks.
