How do you deal with the paranoia?

I've been cured for 9months and EVERY TIME I leave the house I'm on edge because I think I smell (even though I know I don't).

Because of FBO I seem to notice and look out for people touching their noses, their facial expressions and if they move away from me.

The only time I genuinely feel at ease is when I'm with a friend (none of them know I had FBO so if I smelt they'd react instantly)

Oh, and I get EXTREMELY nervous when I even take a sip of alcohol, haven't been drunk in almost a year. I've had beers or cider but I won't even get tipsy
