Getting someone's antibodies could help you fight what you have, but it would not cause your body to make more T cells. T cell suppression is one way parasites have adapted to survive in their host. For plasmodiums, many down regulate the Interleukin 2 Receptor, Alpha (IL2RA) gene. Combine this with partial methylation pathway obstruction that allows more metal accumulation and they have found a way to survive our immunological onslaught.
