This was my second go around of this horrible bartholin cyst. The first time, it was a painful two weeks of sitz baths, which were enough to help it go away without medical intervention.

This time, I had tried the tea tree oil mixture and sitz baths, to no avail. Thankfully, I found a home remedy that worked for me, after I had developed another abscess.

I went to the doctor for an antibiotic, which I took in conjunction with mucinex D. The combination helped with the pain, although, it was still fairly uncomfortable. After a week with the abscess and two days of taking the medicine - It was still fairly swollen and I would do anything to encourage it to go.

So I picked up a bottle of braggs apple cider vinegar and applied it to the cyst. Low and behold, 20 minutes later, it burst!

I thought I would post what worked for me, so hopefully it can help someone else.
