Yes, I have. Never as a kid, but as an adult yes. I did 5 rounds of Antibiotics in 10 months a few years ago. I had strep throat and it would not go away. I haven't taken Antibiotics in the last 2 years. Never has my Dr even talked about restoring gut flora. I do take probiotics now, have been for the last 2 years, under my naturopath recommendation.
