Hi,

I find interesting how sinuses and ear infections have been related to your symptoms.

I cleared up candida last year - using ear drops + the diet + jogging - and I was candida free for month and back to a normal diet when I relapsed. I know the presence of yeast in my ear is how I get contaminated each and every time.

Now I am struggling to find the key element that got me back there so as to resume a normal life style. Since my ear drops do not seem to do the trick anymore - I have been testing a few things. I will give a try at the Mentholatum rub in my nostrils.
