I wouldn't worry too much about the items you listed. For me, brain fog is when you're talking and you forget what you were going to say, or you're doing something for work and just can't think clearly. My mind feels pretty clear these days, but I still don't remember what I did yesterday and I bring a list to the store. Some people's minds just don't work that way. I hope you got out more stones on your 8th cleanse.
