Well your two words long post does not give much detail to help give you an advice.
But in any case, if you have a severe or a mild case of candida. I do not see why you do not allow yourself to take some water along. Fasting is a solution which helps support your overwhelmed liver (others will use digestive enzymes or do liver flushes). The idea is to ease it on your body. A long fast with no antioxydant and no vitamin B, no magnesium is likely to put an extra weight on your body functions. When the toxins are coming out they cause havoc - the antioxydants will help limit the damages.
