It looks like it! It could be another yeast - candida is the most famous but there are a few around. "cloudy white stuff that comes out with the stool" is yeast.

Est more oil to help with constipation: coconut oil (antifungal properties) or flax seed oil (omega 3- keep it in the fridge it turns rancid easily) or simply omega 3 capsules.

Bloated = inflammation. Buy some marshmallow root at your local health store and make herb tea with it. It will help soothe the inflammed intestinal walls.
