You have an open wound and you do not want the probiotics to get to your bloodstream. This is why.


In my opinion, enemas are the best, treating both ends simply works better. Probiotics + nystatin + caprylic acid enemas are helpful.

Close monitoring is important, but I believe you simply had die-off, when the yeast dies it releases toxins which can be really harmful to the intestinal lining.
