Ok to keep this as brief as possible I just retained a mineral Oil Enema for a few hours. You know the ones you buy at your local riteaid or other pharmacy and now I want to do an enema but am confused about how to get the best results possible....should I just use the boiled spring water one it cools down? Add baking soda? Epsom Salts ? Perhaps bleach??? Lol jk. I'm so disgusted at this point. I do realize that the lack of information in this post probably wont be very helpful with getting advice but anything at this point would be greatly appreciated.
