Hi all, I need some help. About 2 weeks ago I started taking a few new things. Was put on 1/4th grain of nature-throid, started taking acetyl-l-carnitine in powder form not sure if I'm allowed to mention the brand. And a few other things. I know I over did it with the carnitine because I feel so sick, have this awful fishy/ammonia odor coming from every orfice of my body. I was having major digestive issues prior due to my now 35 year career taking antibiotics, antifungals, ppi's, etc. I refuse to go to the ER. I have a history of gallstone pancreatitis, cancelled gallbladder surgery 3 times. I just want to ask if I do some coffe enemas or enemas in general will that help escort the alcar out of my body? other than avoiding protein are there ways to bring ammonia levels down?
