Yeah, I know! I tried shredded coconut 2 TBSP. in just a bit of coconut milk to make it easier to eat, & swallow, but never got much relief from that, for treating anything? I even tried eating 1 cupful that way once, nada, nothing?

As far as the common foot spray/jock itch powder I used, it worked better then the coconut oil on the butt. I think the fumes as well, kept them at bay!
