Hi guys.
Had a blood test last week and got some results back. Doctor said there's still brown stains on his pants when he saw it last week.

T4 levels: 94
T3: 26

Resting heart rate. 99 bpm

What I was taking:
Iodine 12 mg (lugols tabs)
200 mcg selenium
200-400 mg magnesium
Resveratrol 500 mg
2000 mg vitamin C
K2 100mcg
D3 4000

The past couple days I have increased my selenium intake as I definitely have been tired the past few months. Am I missing more vitamin C or potassium? I had to stop potassium as I had a salt imbalance due to a B6 deficiency.

Any suggestions to get these numbers lower?

Edit:

I realize I should have searched this forum before posting. I shouldn't have stopped Iodine (like a fool) after I posted, or decreased my dosage earlier this year. I should have just taken more Selenium.

I'm almost two years on Iodine supplementation in December. I was Hypo-T and cold/brain fog/breast lumps (fibroids) and also other things but it's embarrassing to mention.

Is it possible that Sushi could increase my TSH levels exponentially without taking enough selenium? I know there is Iodine in the seaweed. Can anyone comment on this? I am curious because I was eating it a lot and got headaches almost right after.

Things I've changed since last:
More Vitamin C 8000mg a day now
Potassium is back in too. 1000-2000mg or so.
Iodine 50mg
Selenium 600mg
