In the summer, while taking antiparasitic herbs/cleanses, I embarked on a 3 month fruitarian cleanse

Im still cleansing the body, but:

When I stopped, I noticed weird reactions to a lot of foods including dairy, legumes, rice, eggs, etc

Sometimes, ive noticed it feels a bit like a mellow "high", I first noticed this after yogurt, among others.

I believe its worst w/the dinnertime meal

I don't recall having these before, maybe I did on a more subtle level

The reactions aren't typical food sensitivity /allergy, as far as I know

I guess its kind of like brain fog, fatigue, a bit spacey etc but the reaction happens within minutes, like 5 mintues from the time finished eating

Is this a purely candida thing? Leaky gut? Parasites? Maybe just an effect of the herbs I continue to take?

I've once even noticed it after a simple meal of stir fried broccoli

What strikes me as odd is that the reaction occurs before anything even gets to my intestines for the immune system/candida/parasites/leaky gut to react to

Then, other times, it doesn't happen at all
