Hi everyone,

I have been off the paragone cleanse for over a week now but stuff is still coming out of me. The past 2 days I have been seeing all these small yellow bits... almost like corn but not as big. And definitely not corn as I have not eaten any.

There have been hundreds of bits coming out in my stools.. any idea what it could be?
