Do you think the high levels of candida can be causing the stress on my liver? I just bought milk thistle and started it today and will look into the other supplements you mentioned. I am currently on a Sugar free and gluten free diet for the candida.

I couldn't believe how many yellow "bits" came out of me today... however they are not rock solid. I could squish them... is that similar to your experience?

I am nervous/concerned because the thought of Gallstones seems scary to me...and it seems like my doctors aren't helping me and I am dealing with everything on my own - so I really appreciate your help.
