I have passed dozens (if not 100) of things which looked just like this. They were all passed because of an enema--either white vinegar or Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

They were the first things to be expelled during my next BM. Apparently they released because of the enema and fell down without reattaching.

I considered them to be the fungal form of candida. It took months to rid myself of them.
