Yeah I am wondering also due to the fact that I have been a vegetarian for so long that my stomach acid production is not great. This could explain the sudden intolerances/muscle pain. Is there a way I can take it as a vegetarian? What would I pair the HCL with?

Also I know I am ranting and raving and turning into a paranoid lady but would it be possible that I could have too much acidity in my system? During the duration of this cleanse, I ate more eggs than I normally would but still ate my vegetables etc. I was doing a very low carb diet. Wondering if this could be the reason as well?
Today I took some apple cider vinegar and my ginger tea and it really is bothering me. Feel burning in stomach.
