I appreciate the insight and advice Optomistic! Like you I am strapped for cash at the moment but looking on that guide I think I will incorporate green juices and get a lot more stricter with my diet in terms of carbs and certain fruit.

I brought the l-glutamine with a load of other supplements and enzymes a couple weeks ago fortunately.

I think on a scale of 1-10 in terms of strictness I was probably a 7, I'm gonna try crank it up to a 10 from now lol
