If your skin is mostly affected, a regular vitamin E supplement, a moisturizing cream (not on the infected area but elsewhere on your body so it can be absorbed and brouhgt to your face) and following the candida protocol for a few months would be my advice to you.

Protocol:
diet
antifungal
magnesium supplement
antioxidants (vitamin B E C zinc selenium)
+ a bowel cleanse
then a liver cleanse
then a kidney cleanse (these are your cleansing organs you want them to become top in efficiency)
