Thanks everyone. I eat like a completely different person than I used to growing up. I am now a vegan and just have to worry about washing my veggies and good hygiene and am not around pets anymore. I feel cleaner and SO much better, like a new person, but I really want to do this right. I want to be clear of these guys or at least know that I am creating an environment in which my body is strong enough to kill them on its own. I just think I have this HUGE worm still inside lol, I don't know why, I even named him Kevin. I want Kevin GONE.
