I would do a hair test first to diagnose any heavy metals before taking any steps in removing them.

Then I would do a proper detox with green smoothies/soups to kill/remove all nausties. Also, supplemets are good as long as they are an addition to the proper detox & diet program.

And then I would start taking probiotics and prebiotics to heal your own microbiome.

This is what helped me. I did this cycle a few times giving myself a break in between with proper diet/nutrition to give my body a chance to recover as with any detox/supplements the body works hard to heal.
