I've done two full doses so far (full teaspoon), and no side effects so far except feeling great, cleansed. Bloat & indigestion has gone.

On my second dose I did a full tablespoon of castor oil. If you're only doing 1/4 tsp, you probably don't need as much. Try half tablespoon instead.

I did notice one strange thing though. After BM, there was a bubbling in the toilet. Like a chemical reaction or something. This stuff seems to kill ropeworms on sight. I had tons of mucus & ropes come out.
