I think the gluten free diet has definitely helped if you absolutely stay away from beer caffeine high viber vegetables like broccoli anything that has oats or wheat in it, also I'd advice you to get immodium zapid tablets you will find they help a lot, I think I still have these problems because I find it hard to stick to the diet so it comes back, I'm going to get tested for candida I think you should also.
